In 2024 I shared my sketchbook pages via Instagram. Given Meta’s intertwining with politics in America, I have chosen to share my sketchbook once a month via this website in 2025. Here you can see March. The month I started a new Talens sketchbook. And discovered Neocolor II by Caran d’Ache. Where it’s appropriate the artist that inspired one of my sketches is mentioned in my sketchbook.

tiny paintings
In the summer of 2024 I made a small collection of tiny paintings.
Some of them sprung from my own imagination or reference photo, for some of them I looked at the work of artists I follow online.
In some cases I followed along with a tutorial, and in a few I made ‘copies’ just to familiarize myself with a new technique or subject. These are the artists that inspired me (I will link to their Instagram accounts):
